Overview

Reece Bennett is a corporate transactional attorney. Mr. Bennett represents both company and individual clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, general corporate governance issues and business matters. Mr. Bennett has regularly advised Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to negotiating, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation, letters of intent, non-disclosure agreements and has hands-on experience with due diligence review and assessment of target entities.

Mr. Bennett earned his J.D. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law as well as a B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Irvine, summa cum laude. Prior to law school, Mr. Bennett was a member of the 2012 United States Olympic Team for the sport of boxing and enjoyed a successful professional boxing career.
