Overview

Nolan Talavou provides advice and counsel for employers with respect to labor and employment law. Mr. Talavou handles matters involving employment policies and procedures, litigation, leaves of absence, discrimination, harassment, negotiations, retaliation, compliance with state and federal labor laws, wrongful termination, and wage and hour.

Prior to joining AALRR, Nolan was a clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney. Subsequently, he joined Loyola’s Immigrant Justice Clinic where he obtained various types of humanitarian relief for indigent clients, while also leading advocacy projects in Mexico. Nolan later served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Dolly M. Gee, Chief District Judge of the Central District of California.
