Overview
Michael Cheiken represents companies and organizations in all aspects of complex commercial litigation from inception through resolution, counseling in myriad substantive areas of the law.
Prior to joining AALRR, Michael worked as a law clerk at both the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Cheiken earned his juris doctor from UCLA School of Law with a specialization in Media, Entertainment, Technology, and Sports. While in law school, Mr. Cheiken worked as a Managing Editor for the UCLA Law Review and as a Clinician for the law school’s Name, Image & Likeness Clinic.
