Overview
McKenna Stephens is a member of the firm’s Commercial and Complex Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Stephens' practice focuses on business litigation, representing individuals and corporations in complex matters including, but not limited to, contract disputes, fiduciary liability, business torts, labor and employment matters, and trust and estate litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Stephens received a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Southern California, where she was also on the Dean’s List. Following her time at USC, Ms. Stephens worked in marketing, public relations, and intellectual property licensing with an emphasis on high-profile businesses such as Ferrari and Maserati.
In law school, Ms. Stephens was a member of the Negotiation Honors Program where she competed in Alternative Dispute Resolution competitions across the U.S. During her time at Southwestern, Ms. Stephens was also the Academics Chair of the Negotiation Honors Program, a Contract Law Teaching Assistant, a Negotiations Teaching Assistant, and a Dean’s Merit Scholar.
