Overview
Krista Lister represents school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in all aspects of labor and employment law and in general education matters. Ms. Lister’s specialties include matters pertaining to employee discipline, labor relations, grievance handling, discrimination and harassment, and other personnel matters. Ms. Lister also conducts impartial, prompt, thorough, and effective workplace investigations and Title IX investigations.
