Overview

Kenan Rahmani represents clients in state and federal court, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings, in addition to counseling clients on employment issues. Mr. Rahmani's practice focuses on labor and employment litigation, specializing in management-side defense of single plaintiff wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and breach of contract claims, in addition to wage and hour class actions, and Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA") representative actions.

Prior to joining AALRR, Mr. Rahmani spent time working as a Senior Policy Advisor for Americans for a Free Syria, a Washington D.C.-based nonpartisan, nonprofit organization.
