Overview
Kellen Nelson represents California school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in a variety of general education and labor and employment matters. Mr. Nelson’s practice involves litigation, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and student discipline.
Prior to joining AALRR, Mr. Nelson spent years in various litigation roles providing him with a robust foundation for practice. He gained experience in providing advice and counsel for non-profit corporations, defense for large corporations in consumer warranty matters, business litigation, and defense for cities and public entities in a variety of matters.
