Overview
Jonathan So represents school districts and community college districts in general education matters including special education, IDEA/Education Code, Section 504, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and student discipline.
Prior to joining AALRR, Mr. So worked with the Contra Costa County Public Defender, collaborating with multiple investigators to provide follow-up services, and negotiating plea deals and creative resolutions with various district attorneys and judges.
