Jennifer K. Berneking

Jennifer Berneking has over 30 years of experience representing public entity and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation, alternative dispute resolution, collective bargaining, labor relations, discrimination, harassment, employment contracts, unfair labor practices, and wage and hour matters.

Before joining AALRR, Ms. Berneking spent several years with a mid-sized multistate law firm representing large and small private employers and non-profit organizations defending single Plaintiff employment related matters and wage and hour claims. Prior to joining the multistate law firm, Ms. Berneking spent over 25 years with a boutique Orange County employment and general liability defense firm representing a variety of public entity clients, including school districts, community college districts, municipalities, counties, and special districts throughout California.

Ms. Berneking is also admitted to practice before the Central, Eastern, and Southern District Courts of California.
