Overview
Jenna Belmonte represents public school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in all aspects of labor and employment and general education law. Ms. Belmonte provides advice and counsel on a variety of matters including discrimination, harassment, employment contracts, unfair labor practices, and workplace investigations. She also has experience working with various facilities and business matters including corporate due diligence, corporate formation and governance documents, intellectual property, and real property issues.
