Overview

Jeena Jiampetti represents California school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in general education and employment law matters. Ms. Jiampetti’s practice involves education-related litigation in both state and federal courts, before state and federal administrative agencies, and at arbitration, with matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, student discipline, and wage and hour compliance.

Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Jiampetti practiced ERISA litigation and insurance bad faith litigation at a boutique plaintiff’s law firm. She represented individuals in federal court actions challenging the wrongful denials of disability, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment claims.
