Hayk Snkhchyan

Hayk Snkhchyan represents companies and organizations in all aspects of complex commercial litigation from inception through resolution, counseling in myriad substantive areas of the law. Mr. Snkhchyan focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, performing prior art patentability analysis to determine novelty and non-obviousness in analyzing patent infringement claims. In addition, he has interpreted obligations under license agreements and material transfer agreements.

Prior to joining AALRR, and at his previous firm, Mr. Snkhchyan leveraged his life science subject matter specialty and experience in software and other technologies to maintain a diverse docket of patent disputes, including Hatch-Waxman, design patent, and semiconductor patent matters.
