Overview

Grant C. Furukawa represents employers in all facets of labor and employment litigation. His practice is focused on defending clients against complex wage and hour class actions, representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), as well as single-plaintiff claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. In addition to litigation, Mr. Furukawa provides strategic counsel from the earliest stages of pre-litigation investigation through trial preparation, focusing on efficient and effective dispute resolution.

Mr. Furukawa represents clients in state court, arbitration, mediation, and before various administrative agencies, including the Civil Rights Department, and the California Labor Commissioner’s Office.
