Overview

Dennis Kanevskiy represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, tort, wage and hour, and PAGA actions. Mr. Kanevskiy’s practice includes work with the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), California Labor Code, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Mr. Kanevskiy earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) where he served as the Executive Articles Editor for the UC Law Business Journal. Mr. Kanevskiy also gained invaluable experience interning for the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office on their Labor Team, wherein he assisted in defending the City and County of San Francisco in employment litigation. Prior to passing the State Bar of California, Mr. Kanevskiy worked as a law clerk at the Firm for over a year.
