Overview
Daniela Mendoza represents Northern California school districts and educational institutions in a variety of general education and labor and employment matters. Ms. Mendoza represents and advises school districts and county offices of education regarding personnel matters, Public Records Act compliance, and review of board policies and compliance with the law. Ms. Mendoza also has extensive experience conducting impartial, prompt, thorough, and effective workplace investigations, in both English and Spanish.
Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Mendoza represented public entities in civil employment litigation matters including but not limited to the Ralph M. Brown Act, employment discrimination, failure to accommodate, and failure to engage in interactive process claims.
