Overview

Christine Galdston is a seasoned education attorney with over 25 years of experience working with a diverse array of educational institutions. She represents Southern California school districts, county offices of education, community colleges and other institutions providing advice and counsel in a wide variety of matters including employee discipline, compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and workplace training. Ms. Galdston frequently supports institutions in Title IX grievance proceedings as Investigator or Decision-Maker in Title IX matters. She also provides counsel regarding Title VI, VII, Title IX, Clery Act, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504, Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), and general California education law.
