Overview

Camille Bosworth is an experienced litigator who represents school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in all aspects of labor and employment matters and general education matters. Her practice involves education related litigation in both state and federal courts, before state and federal administrative agencies, and at arbitration.

Ms. Bosworth is also an Association of Workplace Investigators, Certificate Holder (AWI-CH) and she conducts investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other forms of workplace misconduct.

Previously, Ms. Bosworth served as a Deputy Public Defender in Marin County for 13 years. She represented individuals in criminal proceedings ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. She has tried over 30 jury trials to verdict and handled hundreds of contested motions and hearings. After her tenure as a public defender, Ms. Bosworth worked in private practice representing clients in criminal and juvenile delinquency matters.
