Overview
Camille Bosworth is an experienced litigator who represents school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in all aspects of labor and employment matters and related litigation. Her practice involves litigation in both state and federal courts, before state and federal administrative agencies, and in arbitration proceedings.
Ms. Bosworth is also an Association of Workplace Investigators, Certificate Holder (AWI-CH), and conducts workplace and school-related investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other forms of misconduct.
Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Bosworth served as a Deputy Public Defender in Marin County for 13 years. She represented individuals in criminal proceedings ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. She has tried more than 30 jury trials to verdict and handled hundreds of contested motions and hearings. Following her public defender service, Ms. Bosworth worked in private practice representing clients in criminal matters, juvenile delinquency proceedings, and other contested proceedings, while also conducting workplace investigations.
