Overview

Brian Ludeke is an experienced litigator who passionately represents his clients in a wide range of litigation fields. His practice focuses on business litigation, with a particular emphasis on auditors, accountants, business managers, and other types of professional liability cases. He has over a hundred business cases, protecting his clients’ interests in disputes involving numerous issues.

Mr. Ludeke has been successful in achieving favorable results and judgments for his clients, including summary judgments and demurrers on complex legal issues such as statutes of limitations, duty and justifiable reliance, comparative negligence, and equitable grounds.

Mr. Ludeke has also handled numerous appeals before the Courts of Appeal, including work on issues like Anti-SLAPP litigation and enforcement of contractual jurisdiction and choice of law provisions.
