Overview

Andrew Aller represents public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination and harassment claims, leaves of absence issues, employee termination and discipline, grievances, workplace privacy, wage and hour requirements, and litigation.

Mr. Aller is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in front of state courts throughout California and before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB).  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Aller successfully prosecuted several felony and misdemeanor trials as a Deputy District Attorney for the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office.  He also gained litigation experience representing health care professionals against medical malpractice claims and successfully negotiating workers’ compensation insurance claims.

In college, Mr. Aller was a member of Kappa Tau Alpha, a national college honor society recognizing academic excellence in journalism and mass communication.
