Overview

Allison De La Riva is a senior associate in the Irvine office, where she represents employers in a wide variety of employment and education law matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, among other claims.

Ms. De La Riva has extensive experience litigating labor and employment matters at the state and federal level, and is skilled in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, arbitration, and trial.

Prior to joining Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, Ms. De La Riva worked as an associate at an international employment litigation firm, where she represented employers in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits.

Ms. De La Riva received her J.D. from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
