Allison De La Riva represents public school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in all aspects of labor and employment law and general education law matters throughout Southern California. Ms. De La Riva’s areas of practice include employee performance and evaluation, employee discipline, and employment discrimination and harassment.

While in law school, Ms. De La Riva served as a certified law clerk at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office in the Sexual Assault Unit, Human Exploitation & Trafficking Unit, and Major Narcotics Division, where she played an instrumental role in the successful prosecution of numerous defendants for various criminal offenses. Ms. De La Riva also received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for earning the highest grade in Family Law and Legal & Equitable Remedies.
