Overview

Alison Korgan represents employers in various aspects of labor and employment law, including wage and hour class actions and representative lawsuits brought pursuant to California’s Private Attorneys General Act. She also has experience defending employers in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits, administrative proceedings, and pre-litigation claims for workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, misclassification, and defending corporate entities against employment and non-employment sexual assault, sexual harassment, and negligence claims, including claims brought pursuant to California’s expanded statute of limitations for civil claims for sexual assault.

During law school, Ms. Korgan served as a Staff Editor for Volume 24 and an Articles Editor for Volume 25 of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review. She also worked as a research assistant for three years and served as a legal intern at the entertainment labor union SAG-AFTRA.
