Overview

Iryna Naumova works on matters involving all aspects of labor and employment law including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour and PAGA class actions. She provides general advice and counsel services on a number of employment issues and day-to-day workplace practices. Ms. Naumova prepares employment handbooks, written employment policies, and various workplace documents in an effort to achieve full compliance with California’s employment laws. She also assists in trial preparation, conducts extensive legal research, prepares and responds to all forms of discovery, and interviews and prepares witnesses for deposition testimony.
