Overview

Katelyn Desbrow represents public school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in all aspects of labor and employment and general education law.  Ms. Desbrow’s areas of practice include employee performance and evaluation, employee discipline, investigations, discrimination and harassment and student discipline.  She also advises boards and administration on issues related to the Brown Act, California Voting Rights Act and California Public Records Act.

Ms. Desbrow also regularly represents clients before administrative agencies including the Public Employment Relations Board, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and California’s Office of Administrative Hearings.
