AALRR Partners Presenting at SCPLRC's 39th Annual Labor Relations Conference

Join AALRR Partners Nate Kowalski and Jay Trinnaman as they present “Labor Relations 101” at the Southern California Public Labor Relations Council's 39th Annual Labor Relations Conference (click here for event flyer). This course is not only designed for those new to the profession, but is also critical for those with years of experience, and will cover the basics that everyone needs to know, such as the obligation to meet and confer under the MMBA, the scope of bargaining, and recent legislative and legal developments.

Nate Kowalski is Chair of AALRR’s Public Entity Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. He is an accomplished litigator who represents employers in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Kowalski has litigated hundreds of sensitive and complex labor and employment cases in state and federal courts and has achieved remarkable results for his clients in hearings, arbitrations, trials, and appeals.

Jay Trinnaman is a partner in AALRR’s Public Entity Labor and Employment Law Practice Group and specializes in the representation of both public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges before the Public Employment Relations Board (“PERB”), defense of EEOC/CRD charges, negotiations in collective bargaining, writ of mandate matters, and advice and counsel.

We look forward to seeing you at SCPLRC 2023!
