Non-Supervisory Employee Training

SB 1343 – Sexual Harassment Training expanded the current FEHA requirement for employers with 50 or more employees to provide supervisors with sexual harassment training.  Under SB 1343, employers with at least five employees must provide at least two hours of sexual harassment training and education to all supervisory employees, and at least one hour of sexual harassment training to all non-supervisory employees, by January 2020 and once every two years thereafter.

Get a head-start on the training requirement for non-supervisory employees. In 2019, we will offer two training dates in our AALRR Cerritos office specific for non-supervisory employees in compliance with SB1343.   This training is geared for those employees that missed company held training or were recently hired. Our training program offers a clear avenue of employee harassment awareness, employee reporting, and methods to ensure that your employee can thwart  potential problems before they escalate.

We offer non-supervisory training on-site in our Cerritos office two times during the year  at 4:00pm. Non-supervisory sessions run one-hour.

Our training offers guidance and practical examples on the federal and state statutory provisions concerning the prohibition, prevention, correction, and remedying of sexual harassment in the workplace.
