COVID-19 continues to place pressure on private-sector workplaces. Employers are faced with tough choices regarding business decisions, employee-relation issues all while grappling with changing employee expectations. Unionized employers must also address issues in the context of their obligations under the NLRA and collective bargaining agreements. As we turn the corner into Fall, the election will have bearing on administration priorities, the labor market which will trickle down changes to labor relations.
