This two-day, cutting-edge civil rights conference will focus on providing California’s public agencies with key information, legal tools, and practical guidance to comply with federal and state anti-discrimination laws and constitutional protections.

Conference programming will feature breakout sessions with noted civil rights leaders and constitutional law experts. Topics covered will include recent court decisions and legislation impacting the civil and constitutional rights of public employees, in addition to best practices to prevent discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. The conference will also feature sessions directed at K-12 and postsecondary educational institutions, such as compliance with Title IX.

REGISTRATION FEES: 

$149 per person (Early Bird)

$189 after July 15, 2019

$125 for one-day registration.

Fee includes two breakfasts, one lunch, a cocktail reception and comprehensive materials.
