Office Services Clerk - Irvine

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stock office supplies and paper, maintain copier/supply rooms and secretarial stations
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail; assist with mail distribution, copy projects, and overnight shipments
  • Clean up break rooms and kitchen; check and replenish snacks and coffee supplies in break rooms and other key areas
  • Assist with meeting and special events set-up (catering, A/V needs, etc)
  • Backup to Receptionist and Records
  • Assist Office Manager as needed
  • Stellar attendance and punctuality
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to treat clients, co-workers, and vendors with civility and respect


  • High School diploma (or equivalent) and office clerical experience
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Outlook, and familiarity with document management systems
  • Proficiency in use of standard office equipment
  • Ability to assist with moving of office furniture and boxes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and outside vendors
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills; adherence to set deadlines

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift heavy boxes including client files, overnight packages, etc. (approximately 25-30 pounds)
  • Stand/walk frequently
  • See well enough to read/compose reports and use computers and other standard office equipment
  • Stoop, kneel, and climb on small step stool
  • Use fine finger manipulation including writing, typing, and using the phone system
