Overview

Andrew Aller represents public sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including negotiations in collective bargaining, labor relations, discrimination and harassment claims, defense of EEOC/CRD charges, leaves of absence issues, employee termination and discipline, grievances, workplace investigations, litigation, and workplace training.

Mr. Aller is an experienced attorney who has represented clients in front of state courts throughout California and before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Aller successfully prosecuted several felony and misdemeanor trials as a Deputy District Attorney for the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office. He also gained litigation experience representing health care professionals against medical malpractice claims.

In college, Mr. Aller was a member of Kappa Tau Alpha, a national college honor society recognizing academic excellence in journalism and mass communication.
