Tiffany Tran counsels and represents school districts, county offices of education, and community colleges. She assists education administrators with a variety of labor and employment matters and general education issues, and governance matters such as reviewing and revising school and employment policies and contracts. Her legal specialties include elections issues for governing boards of school districts and community colleges, with particular expertise in the California Voting Rights Act and the California Voter Participation Rights Act; board governance issues; workplace and student complaint investigations; school police issues; and procurement of restraining orders and subpoenas on behalf of clients. Ms. Tran is also a member of AALRR’s Education Law Technology team.

Ms. Tran gained valuable experience as a legal extern with the United States Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee. She also served as a judicial extern with the Honorable Theodor C. Albert, United States Bankruptcy Court Judge.
