Mr. Hsieh’s litigation tailors his litigation strategy towards extricating his clients from the case and provides guidance on avoiding future claims.
Representative clients and matters include management in employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour claims. He has also represented owners, contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect claims and catastrophic construction site accidents, and individual whistleblowers bringing claims under the False Claims Act for fraud and violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Act.
