Jonathan Hsieh represents clients in all matters related to employment law, including wage and hour actions, workplace investigations, workplace discrimination and harassment, discipline and termination, arbitration agreements, sick leave, and all related claims. He frequently provides counsel to employers on employee handbooks and laws affecting payroll and personnel decisions.

He works closely with his clients at every stage of the process, from pre-litigation investigations to discovery planning through dispositive motion practice and beyond. Mr. Hsieh’s litigation tailors his litigation strategy towards extricating his clients from the case and provides guidance on avoiding future claims.

Representative clients and matters include management in employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour claims.  He has also represented owners, contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect claims and catastrophic construction site accidents, and individual whistleblowers bringing claims under the False Claims Act for fraud and violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Act.
