Jenna Griffin represents employers in a broad range of employment matters, including claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and unfair competition.  She also assists employers with navigating state and federal laws, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the California’s Trade Secret Act, and other labor and employment laws.

Ms. Griffin provides advice and counsel on compliance with state and federal regulatory laws, employee classification, terminations, employee handbooks, and implementing employment policies and procedures.

Ms. Griffin’s litigation experience includes trying cases in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration.  She has litigated over 100 cases involving business disputes, employment law claims, environmental law, trade secret and unfair competition, real estate, corporate law, landlord/tenant disputes, and criminal law. Ms. Griffin also has significant experience representing clients in appellate matters.
