Devin Lindsay represents clients in private-sector employment matters including claims for sexual harassment, disability discrimination, and wrongful termination. She also represents clients in wage and hour class actions. Ms. Lindsay works on all phases of the pre-litigation process.

Ms. Lindsay previously worked as a full-time legal extern at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. While attending law school at Washington University in St. Louis, she was honored with both the merit-based Scholar in Law award as well as the CALI Award in Legal Research. She also served as the Vice President of the American Constitution Society and a committee member of the Women’s Law Caucus.
