Danielle Leben represents California school districts and county offices of education in education law matters. Ms. Leben regularly advises clients on a variety of issues including classified and certificated employee discipline, student matters, school board governance, and responses to Public Record Act requests.

During law school, Ms. Leben served as a judicial extern for the Honorable A. James
Robertson, II. She also served as an Articles Editor for the West-Northwest Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and was awarded an Honorable Mention for Best Brief in Moot Court. Ms. Leben received an LL.M. in International Law, with merit, from the University of London.

Ms. Leben served in the Israeli Defense Force.
