Clifford Weiler has successfully represented school law clients for over 40 years. He handles all areas of labor relations and student discipline, focusing on certificated and classified employee discipline, prevention and defense of employment discrimination charges, contract grievances and arbitrations, PERB unfair practice proceedings, student expulsions, and the Brown Act. Mr. Weiler has litigated numerous personnel, student discipline, school law, and labor relations cases.
