Chayanm E. “C.J.” Garcia is an experienced litigator with government and business experience and expertise. His practice focuses on business and commercial lawsuits where he advises clients in all types of matters from pre-litigation to trial. To aid him in understanding the complexities of different business and commercial matters, Mr. Garcia obtained his master’s degree in business.

Previously, Mr. Garcia worked for general practice law firms where he handled a wide range of litigation. He also clerked for the California Department of Justice – Consumer Protection Section.

Mr. Garcia is a decorated U.S. Army combat veteran. He separated from active duty military service with the rank of Captain. In the military, Mr. Garcia served in numerous roles, including Strategy and Operations Planner, Company Commander, Director of Operations, Chief of Operations and Battle Captain. He deployed to Helmand Province, Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel and was awarded numerous honors including the Bronze Star Medal.

Mr. Garcia was recognized on the 2024 “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” list.
