Overview
Brenna Hatcher represents school districts, county offices of education, community colleges, and private employers for personnel matters, student issues, and all forms of discrimination and harassment claims. Ms. Hatcher has significant experience and is certified to conduct impartial, prompt, thorough, and effective workplace and Title IX investigations. In addition, Ms. Hatcher provides resolution-based services to clients including workplace coaching for employees and supervisors, conflict resolution training, and facilitated meetings.
Ms. Hatcher provides advice and counsel on a variety of matters including employee discipline, investigations, discrimination, harassment, labor relations and collective bargaining, civil rights complaints, unfair labor practices, school district operations, school district instruction programs, and workplace restraining orders.
While Ms. Hatcher earned her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, she was a member of the women’s collegiate water polo team.
