Danielle Cruz handles all matters related to private labor and employment as part of our Private Entity Labor & Employment practice group.

Ms. Cruz’s experience spans the representation of a broad range of individuals including professional corporations, contractors, financial entities, and industrial companies. Her client representations throughout California have been in state court, federal court, and before administrative agencies. Ms. Cruz draws from her previous experience at a general and professional liability firm, where she primarily represented clients throughout all stages of litigation involving slips and falls, motor vehicle accidents, employment liability issues, and products defects. Additionally, her prior experience includes maritime and admiralty matters where she defended vessel owners, operators, charterers, freight forwarders and non-vessel operating common carriers, as well as their insurers.

While in law school, Ms. Cruz served as a court certified mediator at the Superior Court of California, Riverside courthouse and she taught mediation courses at the Riverside County Juvenile Hall. Ms. Cruz received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Mediation Clinic and Juvenile Hall Clinic.
