Ali Kazempour represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including wrongful discharge, wage and hour, discrimination/harassment, retaliation, leaves of absences, privacy, and First Amendment.

Mr. Kazempour is also involved in all aspects of business litigation including complex court filings, motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, and making court appearances. He is skilled at mediation, mandatory settlement conferences, and general settlement negotiations, and has litigated complex construction defect, employment law, products liability, toxic torts, landlord-tenant, and wrongful death claims.

Mr. Kazempour has extensive experience with federal and regulatory compliance with FDA guidelines regarding the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). He has also handled a wide range of municipal law litigation, including license applications and real property acquisition.

Mr. Kazempour is an expert in regulatory compliance and California Department of Public Health and Bureau guidelines regarding highly regulated products, pharmaceuticals, and tobacco products.
