He is skilled at mediation, mandatory settlement conferences, and general settlement negotiations, and has litigated complex construction defect, employment law, products liability, toxic torts, landlord-tenant, and wrongful death claims.
Mr. Kazempour has extensive experience with federal and regulatory compliance with FDA guidelines regarding the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). He has also handled a wide range of municipal law litigation, including license applications and real property acquisition.
