Overview

Janet Leader is an employment law and litigation counsel with broad and in-depth experience. She advises and counsels human resources professionals and corporate counsel, and represents private employers in actions brought before administrative agencies and state and federal courts alleging all types of employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, wage and hour violations, as well as wrongful termination, defamation, privacy and related contract claims.

Ms. Leader’s previous experience includes working as outside counsel at well-known national and regional law firms, working as in-house counsel for a Silicon Valley high tech company overseeing and assisting Global Human Resources, and working as an attorney/investigator for the U.S. Department of Labor.
