Nathaniel Rosilez represents private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, from providing general advice and counsel on employee matters to representing employers before the California Civil Rights Department, Labor Department, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Superior and Federal Courts. Mr. Rosilez also represents employers in the traditional labor arena including representing employers in litigation of unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board.
Mr. Rosilez counsels clients and litigates matters involving alleged discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract and wage and hour issues.
