Overview
Nathaniel Rosilez represents private employers in all matters of employment law, including providing general advice and counsel to representing employers in court. His experience includes investigating, interviewing, and counseling clients; composing various documents in preparation for trial; discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination litigation; analyzing and reviewing contracts; representation of employers in disputes before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Mr. Rosilez’s prior experience as a member of the firm’s education law practice group includes certificated and classified employee discipline, representation of employers in disputes before the Public Employment Relations Board, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and general education law. As a law student, Mr. Rosilez clerked with the firm’s education law practice group.
