Overview

Sachiyo Y. Miller represents private clients in various aspects of labor and employment law handling matters that involve employment defense work, as well as providing counseling to companies in relation to various issues on hiring, retention, and termination of employees. Ms. Miller advises clients on employment law issues including wage and hour compliance, confidentiality agreements, sexual harassment investigations, background checks, employee handbooks, and arbitration agreements.

She has also provided numerous sexual harassment training seminars in both English and Japanese to employees in various industries.
