Monica Hernandez practices in the areas of employment law, business litigation, and commercial litigation. Ms. Hernandez’s employment experience includes representing employers in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Ms. Hernandez has experience representing businesses in breach of contract, fraud, conversion, dissolution, and warranty-related claims and litigation. Ms. Hernandez has successfully defended contract, fraud, and warranty cases in both state and federal court. Ms. Hernandez has also represented employers in matters involving claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Alaska Workers’ Compensation Act, and California Workers’ Compensation Act.
