Overview

Amanda Gianninoto focuses her practice on employment litigation, representing employers in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She represents numerous clients involved in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, medical, staffing, and logistics industries.

Ms. Gianninoto represents clients in state and federal courts and before various administrative agencies throughout the state of California and nationwide through all stages of the claims and litigation process. She’s successfully opposed or prevailed on various motions including motions to compel discovery, motions to compel arbitration, and motions for summary judgment/adjudication.

Ms. Gianninoto also devotes substantial time to representing clients in a pro bono capacity, including guardianships, conservatorships, and political asylum seekers.
