Tyler B. Shill represents school districts, county offices of education, community colleges, California State University campuses, UC Regents, private schools and universities in various aspects of education law in Northern California. He handles a wide variety of matters that involve ADA, IDEA & Section 504, contract enforcement and collective bargaining, discrimination and harassment, litigation, employee performance and evaluation, investigations, student discipline, and technology.

During law school, Mr. Shill was a legal intern at the Oakland Unified School District and the Office of Legal Affairs at the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation. He also served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Hastings Communication and Entertainment Law Journal and was president of the UC Hastings Association of Communications, Sports, and Entertainment Law.
