Overview
Jenaun Aboud represents school districts, community college districts, and county offices of education in labor and employment law and in general education matters. Ms. Aboud provides representation, advice, and counsel on a wide range of matters, including certificated and classified employee discipline and dismissal, employment discrimination and harassment, investigations and school board governance.
Prior to joining AALRR, Ms. Aboud was a litigator in Los Angeles County’s juvenile dependency court system. While in law school, Ms. Aboud served as a Staff Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. She also worked extensively with UC Irvine’s Domestic Violence Litigation Clinic, which provides legal advocacy for victims of intimate partner violence, and the Public Law Center’s domestic violence self-help clinic. She graduated with pro bono honors.
