Two Partners Named to List of Top 25 Municipal Attorneys in California

     CERRITOS, CALIF. —The Daily Journal has named two partners from the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR) to this year’s list of the Top 25 Municipal Lawyers in California.

     Partner Nate J. Kowalski was recognized for his work in assisting municipalities to navigate the current budget crisis. Kowalski represents the cities of San Bernardino and Long Beach, among others, and has represented both agencies in litigation arising out of a challenging economy.

    Also joining the ranks of the top 25 in the state is partner Irma Rodríguez Moisa.  She serves as an outside labor advisor to the City of Los Angeles.  In this capacity she helped craft an agreement requiring represented employees to contribute toward their retiree health benefits.
