GUEST SPEAKER: We are pleased to feature Isael Hermosillo, Commissioner, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Services as our lunch speaker.


Isael Hermosillo is assigned to the Glendale, CA field office of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). His major responsibilities revolve around fulfilling the primary FMCS mission established by Congress under the Taft-Hartley Act of 1947, which is to provide assistance to management and union parties during collective bargaining.
