Our Attorneys

Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo seeks to employ individuals with strong analytical and writing skills, solid academic credentials, and a genuine interest in the practice of management defense in the areas of employment, labor, construction, education, real estate, general business and business litigation, corporate, taxation, and bankruptcy.

Associates at our firm are generally vested with significant responsibility much earlier in their careers, and may advance more quickly, than attorneys at other law firms. New attorneys may have the opportunity to conduct negotiations with government agencies and opposing counsel, obtain courtroom experience, and become involved in firm marketing opportunities, as well as complete legal research and writing projects. This involvement allows them to acquire and refine their legal skills early in their careers. Our team approach involves associates in the handling of client matters -- from conducting initial investigations, to developing a defense theory, planning and carrying out strategy, and trying the case or negotiating a settlement.

Depending upon the requirements of the practice group, the firm may consider attorneys at various levels. At this time, law clerk applications are considered throughout the year on an as-needed basis.
