Our training - offered in person or by webinar - provides your front-line management techniques to resolve conflicts, juggle multiple demands and priorities, and learn methods to improve employee performance.
Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo continues to offer California employers a choice for meeting the training requirements under AB 1825. The firm provides customized in-house training at an organization’s facility and/or monthly opportunities for individual training at the firm’s conference center. This monthly training may be particularly beneficial when new managers arrive after their company’s original training is completed.

Corporate Training - 2nd Thursday of each month at 3:00 p.m. in our Cerritos Conference Center
Public Sector Training - 3rd Thursday of each month at 3:00 p.m. in our Cerritos Conference Center
Each monthly training provides:

• Policy acknowledgement
• Certificate of completion for attendees
Each customized training provides:
• All of the above monthly options, plus:
• Company verification sign-in sheets
• Bilingual training in Spanish or Chinese
